Board meetings are held in January, April, May, July, & October on the 3rd Tuesday. (Once in a while the date changes. Please check here for the latest information). Meetings are open to the public.

Board members serve for 3 years, with 1 renewal of term.  They are appointed by either the Board of Education, the City of Cairo, or the Grady County Board of Commissioners.
