The Library has two rooms that may be reserved for meetings: the Wessie Connell Auditorium and the Grady Room. Both rooms may be used by non-profit organizations at no charge. The charge for businesses is $50 for a half day and $100 for a day. All social events (birthday parties, showers) are $100.

The Wessie Connell Auditorium has a stage area, small sink area and 60 chairs. Restrooms are available on each side of the auditorium doors. There are 10 tables available under the stage for use during the meeting. We ask that you please put away the tables before leaving. More pictures here.

The Grady Room has 45 chairs, 2 rest rooms, a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. There are 5 rectangular tables and 6 - 60” round tables available in the storage room. We ask that you please put the chairs back in auditorium style and put the tables away as you leave. More pictures here.

To reserve either of the rooms call the library's circulation desk at 229-377-3632 ext. 112. A staff member will check availability for the date you need and get some information from you to reserve the room.
