Circulation Overview and Policies
RML Is a Member Library of PINES
PINES (Public Information Network for Electronic Services) is a unique initiative from the Georgia Public Library Service, Georgia Board of Regents, to bring the vision of a statewide library card for Georgia to reality. Any citizen of the state of Georgia may receive a PINES card that is valid at any PINES library across the state for borrowing materials. The PINES database lists all items owned by the 249 participating libraries, and all PINES library patrons can see and borrow books and other materials from any PINES library. Currently, a PINES library card holder has access to more than 7 million items across the state.
